You will need to set up a Twitter page for your project. Please choose your Twitter name wisely (see Strategies for choosing a Twitter handle). Consider using a consistent username for all 3 of your platforms to help people find you. 

Be sure to fill out the bio & pick a cover pic & avatar (see tips below).

Now set up a Twitter widget for your blog so your latest tweets are displayed in the sidebar on your blog (see instructions in the link below).
